Ayman Fouzi Arab, Chairman and CEO of the Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation, has announced leadership changes at two key subsidiaries.

Nashar appointed chairman of EAC, Saeed to lead AVIT 3 - Egyptian Gazette

Captain Wael El-Nashar has been appointed Acting Chairman of the Egyptian Airports Company, while engineer Hesham El-Saeed will serve as Acting Chairman of Aviation Information Technology Company (AVIT). Both appointments are effective until the general assemblies of the respective companies convene.

Arab expressed his confidence in the new appointees, wishing them success in advancing the modernisation and development of Egypt’s airport infrastructure.

He also extended his gratitude to outgoing leaders Captain Ahmed Mansour, former head of the Egyptian Airports Company, and engineer Ahmed Abdel Hamid, former head of AVIT. Arab praised their dedication and contributions during their tenures and wished them continued success in their future endeavors.
