“Raya Information Technology has shown outstanding financial performance through Q3 2024,” announced Eng. Hesham Abdel Rasoul, CEO, during a press conference at the Cairo ICT exhibition. “This remarkable growth is driven by our strategic emphasis on innovation and operational efficiency.”

Abdel Rasoul detailed that Raya Information Technology achieved a robust 58.3% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenues, climbing to EGP 7.5 billion. The total profit surged by 99.4% to EGP 1.5 billion, with a 4.0 percentage point uplift in the gross profit margin, reaching 19.3%. The company’s EBITDA soared by 129.8%, totaling EGP 1.1 billion, while net income skyrocketed by 153.6% to EGP 695 million, reflecting an enhanced net profit margin of 9.2%.

Expressing his pride in Raya Information Technology’s participation in the 28th edition of Cairo ICT this year, Abdel Rasoul highlighted the strategic partnership with Cisco, which was recently crowned by the company winning two prestigious awards: “Best Partner for the Enterprise Sector in the Middle East and Africa 2024” and “Best Partner in North Africa and the Levant 2024” at the Cisco Global Partner Summit in the United States.

Abdel Rasoul highlighted Raya’s distinguished presence at the event with two main pavilions: the primary innovation pavilion in collaboration with Cisco and the AIDC pavilion, showcasing AI and data center solutions. He added, “We are honored that the Regional Data Hub 2 (RDH 2), designed and implemented by Raya, has received the Tier III design certification from the Uptime Institute, cementing our leadership in the data center market.”

He added, “This achievement underscores our dedication to upholding the highest international standards of data center efficiency while delivering maximum investment value for our clients. Throughout every stage of design and implementation, we have meticulously ensured that the engineering and architectural plans comply with all safety, efficiency, sustainability, mechanical, electrical, and structural standards.”

“This success solidifies our leadership as a key player in the regional data center market and underscores our contribution to enhancing our clients’ operations and bolstering Egypt’s strategic role as a global connectivity hub.”

During the exhibition, Raya presented a range of advanced technological solutions, including cybersecurity systems, cloud storage solutions, big data analytics tools, and AI applications that enhance efficiency and productivity across various sectors. Abdel Rasoul affirmed, “We are committed to providing innovative solutions that meet the changing market needs and help our clients achieve digital transformation with flexibility and efficiency.”

Abdel Rasoul concluded by outlining the company’s expansion vision for 2025, which includes bolstering its presence in the Gulf and other regional markets, leveraging advanced infrastructure, and responding to the growing demand for cutting-edge technological solutions. He underscored the importance of national partnerships in supporting the state’s Vision 2030, stating, “We continue our efforts to enhance technological infrastructure and accelerate digital transformation, contributing to a better investment climate and solidifying Egypt’s position as a global technology hub.”
