CAIRO – Minister of Justice Adnan Fangari emphasized the utmost keenness of the Egyptian state on the independence of judiciary.
The minister’s remarks came at a meeting with the presidents of the courts of first instance and economic courts.
The meeting is one in a series of meetings the minister is holding to follow up on workflow in different courts.
Fangari said the Justice Ministry spares no effort to promote the work system with state-of-the-art means .
The ministry is working on removing all obstacles to the achievement of swift justice nationwide.
Fangari asserted the ministry’s greater interest in capitalizing on online litigation mechanisms and the completion of carrying out digital transition projects in all courts.
