CAIRO – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi greeted Egypt’s Muslim community abroad on the advent of al Mawlid al Nabawi, which is an annual festival commemorating the birthday of Prophet Muhammad on 12th Rabi’ al-Awwal of the Islamic calendar.
In a cable of greetings conveyed by the Egyptian embassies and consulates abroad on Thursday, President Sisi wished the Egyptian expats more success.
He hoped Egypt would realize more progress and prosperity.
