Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Hani Sweilem met on Tuesday with Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Salah el-Din to discuss joint efforts to improve the country’s water infrastructure.
The two ministers focused on ongoing projects to rehabilitate canals, upgrade pumping stations, and enhance overall water facilities.
Sweilem emphasised the importance of collaboration between the two ministries to ensure the timely and successful completion of these projects.
Salah el-Din highlighted the military production ministry’s role in supporting national development through its advanced technology, manufacturing capabilities, and skilled workforce.
He stressed the productive partnership with the water ministry and the positive impact of their joint projects on the Egyptian people.
