Armed Forces greet president Sisi on 72nd anniv. of July 23 Rev.

Egypt’s Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense and Military Production Abdel Maguid Saqr on Saturday sent a cable of greetings to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, on the 72nd anniversary of the July 23 Revolution.

In his cable, the defense minister said that the glorious July 23rd Revolution has been representing a heroic national achievement realized by the Armed Forces that fought to retrieve Egypt’s freedom, pride and dignity.

Meanwhile, a similar cable of greetings was sent by Chief-of-Staff of the Armed Forces Lt. Gen. Ahmed Fathi Khalifa to president Sisi on the occasion.
