RAMALLAH – Scores of settlers stormed Al Aqsa Mosque compound on Sunday under the protection of Israeli forces.
The settlers broke into the Mosque’s compound and carried out provocative tours in the Mosque’s yards and performed Talmudic rituals, the Awqaf department said in a press release.
Al Aqsa Mosque is subject to daily attacks by settlers in an attempt to exercise full control on the Mosque and divide it in terms of time and space.
