Egypt’s Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Ayman Ashour has directed utilizing available resources and promoting the role of the scientific research in achieving sustainable development towards maximizing the benefit of outcome of the financed projects.
The minister made the remarks while chairing the meeting of the coordinating committee of financing bodies of sciences, technology and innovation at the headquarters of the Higher Education and Scientific Research in the News Administrative Capital.
The minister highlighted the strategy of the ministry that aims at boosting innovation and transforming outcomes of the scientific research into applicable and products and services.
He hailed the efforts of various funding bodies in backing the scientific research, asserting the importance of maintaining such support to promote Egypt’s status in the domains of sciences, technology and innovation at the international level. (MENA)
