Egypt is to host, under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah EL Sisi, the activities of the 3rd Egypt Defense Expo (EDEX 2023) on December 4-7 in the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) to review the latest technologies, equipment and military systems across land, sea and air with the participation of 400 exhibiting companies from 46 countries.
Leading Egyptian and international companies operating in defense industries take part in the event showcasing the latest security and defense equipment, technology and systems.
The event includes 22 international pavilions for the US, China, India, South Korea, France, Germany, Italy, Greece, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Brazil, Romania, Czech, Serbia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Armenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in addition to Egypt.
The exhibition is organized by Arabian World Events (AWE) company that is specialized in the organizing of major international events in cooperation with the ministries of defense and military production and the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI).
EDEX attracts military personnel, government officials, industry professionals, and international delegations. It features a fully-hosted international military VIP Delegation Program.
