Arab Parliament (AP) Speaker Adel El Assomi hailed Egypt’s crucial role in supporting the Palestinian people in their fight against the war crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces.
Assomi’s remarks came during his meeting on Sunday with Assistant Foreign Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dina el Seihy on the occasion of assuming her new post along with former Assistant Foreign Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Salah Abdel Sadek, on the occasion of the end of his tenure.
Assomi, meanwhile, said that the AP stands fully ready to cooperate with the Egyptian foreign ministry through the parliamentary affairs sector in serving the Arab nation’s interests and defending its causes.
