Al-Omran Group for Investment & Construction, one of the pioneering real estate development companies, is preparing to launch six new real estate projects during the current year 2021, with a total investment of up to LE1.2 billion, as part of an investment plans to expand in the Egyptian market, said Eng. Sabri al-Arabi, Chairman of the company.

He added that the set-to-be-launched projects will be in the new Sheikh Zayed City and the Green Belt area, with a total area of 35 feddans, pointing out that the projects comprise a number of “mini-compounds and villas” with integrated services and various spaces.

“Having been carefully chosen to be close to all major roads and axes, the scheduled projects will be put into market successively during the current year 2021, with a main aim of enhancing and increasing the company’s investment in the Egyptian real estate market, in the light of the market promising investment opportunities in various sectors, and the company’s endeavor to keep pace with the state’s orientation towards urban development throughout Egypt, chairman al-Arabi said.

He revealed out that the company is in intensive negotiations to acquire new plots of land with a total area of 30 feddans with targeted investments reaching one billion pounds and that the company is studying the launch of new projects in Ain Sokhna, Northern Coast, and the New Administrative Capital.

He explained that the company provides a variety of payment facilities up to 10 years in instalments to suit the various needs of society strata, adding that the company also provides finishing services with great facilities.

Having an accumulated experience of more than 13 years, the company has during the period from 2007 to 2014 launched 45 projects in October and Al-Ahram Gardens on an area of 50.000 meters, with a total number of units up to 1350, delivered in full to customers, Chairman al-Arabi said, adding that the group has in 2018 launched “Al-Omran Real Estate Development” to expand in real estate development projects and establish mini-compounds on small spaces to give more privacy to citizens.
