In alignment with Cityscape Exhibition Egypt 2021, which started from 22 to 25 September 2021, TBK Developments announced the start of its operations in Egypt with an ambitious expansion plan, a portfolio of diversified projects and huge investments through its various projects.
TBK currently owns a number of different projects, including 90 Avenue and other projects in East and West of Cairo that will be announced soon.

He pointed out that the real estate sector achieved a remarkable success during the last period of time, which contributed to achieving high growth rates, in light of the state’s tendency to urban expansion, and the establishment of new urban communities.Al-Sharabani added that TBK was keen to participate in this event as one of the important real estate companies in the Egyptian market with a portfolio of various real estate projects, distinguished in their designs with the latest international architectural styles.
In addition, the company is preparing a strong investment plan in the real estate market through developing a group of distinguished projects and adding them to its portfolio during the coming period.
TBK Has a wide range of projects on the top of them is, the 90 Avenue located in the heart of the 5th Settlement with a total number of units 1450 , varying between commercial, residential and administrative units, he said.
He added that the project consists of 4 phases; namely the Vibe, the Pavilion, the Serenity, and the Family respectively, revealing out that the first and second phases have been sold out with total sales of EGP3.5 billion.
The first phase of the Vibe project includes about 282 units that have already been delivered, and that the units of the second phase will be delivered in 2022. The project is equipped with the latest technological systems, and the units are characterized by thermal insulation in the buildings, which saves 30% of electricity consumption. There are emergency exits, private swimming pools in each area, restaurants, clubhouses, a kids play area, around-the-clock security systems, surveillance camera systems and fire systems to ensure the safety of all customers.
