YAOUNDE – Egypt’s Omar Assar on Tuesday qualified for the final match of the 2021 International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF)’s African Championships, hosted by Cameroon on September 1-7.
Assar defeated his Senegalese rival Ibrahima Diaw 4-0 in the semi-finals, to face Nigeria’s Aruna in the final match that is set be held later in the day.
