Prime Hospitality Management group (PHMG) – the leading company specialised in property rental and hospitality management in Egypt, with a focus on serviced residences and holiday homes – has signed a new contract with Galalah for Touristic Investment, hereby the PHMG will manage and lease for the latter favour the units set in Ein Bay, located in Ein Sokhna.
The PHMG will assist owners there to rent their units, a matter that achieves investment return throughout the year, and also provide hotel services; namely the Check-in / Check-out, House-keeping and Laundry services for all units, taking into account the application of all precautionary measures, including sterilisation and disinfection works.
Signing the contract were Moataz Amin, Managing Director and CEO of PHMG, and Eng Maged Hosni, CEO of Galalah for Touristic Investment, in the presence of Khaled El-Sayyed, Board Chairman of PHMG, and Yehia el-Gammal, Board Member of Galalah for Touristic Investment.
CEO of PHMG Amin said that Ein Bay project is located at the 34th kilometre of Ein Sokhna, and is considered an integrated residential complex, including 1,600 chalets and residential villas with various spaces ranging between 80 and 400 square metre. Ein Bay is considered one of the most important touristic villages in Ein Sokhna.
PHMG is working on finalising the preparatory works on the project in order to be ready for welcoming the clients, as of next March 2021 – CEO Amin said.
He pointed out that managing property rental in Ein Sokhna; is part of the company’s expansion plan in new areas such as el-Gouna, Sahl-Hasheesh, and also comes within the state’s orientation towards stimulating domestic tourism and developing this new pattern of booking vacation homes.
