‘Go Khozam’ contracts with ‘Okoplan’ to implement landscape work in ‘Creek Town’ and ‘Go Heliopolis’

'Go Khozam' contracts with 'Okoplan' to implement landscape work in 'Creek Town' and 'Go Heliopolis' 1 - Egyptian Gazette

Go Khozam Real Estate Developments announced its contract with Okoplan to implement the landscaping works for the “Creek Town” and “Go Heliopolis” projects.

Nader Khozam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Go Khozam Real Estate Development Company, said that Okoplan is one of the largest companies specialised in landscaping design with more than 30 years of experience. Through this co-operation, the company seeks to launch integrated projects with green spaces to ensure a luxury life for customers.

He explained that the Creek Town project is being built on an area of 100 acres, and it is an integrated urban project with a total investment of 3 billion pounds, and it includes various units, villas, townhouses, twin villas and fully finished apartments.

He added that the project includes green spaces, creeks, 2 clubhouses, a security system for customers to enter the project, and a golf car for customers to move inside the project to take advantage of the various services.

Also, that the project was designed to be 80% open spaces, green areas and lakes, 20% residential buildings. The project also includes an administrative commercial area of 10 acres overlooking the Suez Road directly, and it is planned to be completed and delivered within a period of 3 years.

However, with the start of the construction in september. The first phase  in Creek Town, has been sold out. And will be launching its commercial, and administrative area in October 2021.

However, on the other hand, Go Heliopolis will be delivering its first phase end of 2022. And second phase by the end of 2023.

Go Heliopolis, is composed of 1000 residential units. And 80% of the units have been sold.

The real estate market enjoys a strength that maintains its survival, regardless of the size of the challenges it faces, which depends on real demand, pointing out that the year 2021 is witnessing an active market performance with the continuation of the state’s development plan.
