Pillarz Developments, owner of the Bali El-Gouna project, intends to launch first phase of Tiffany Business Park project, with targeted sales worth LE500m for the first phase in 2021.
CEO of Pillarz Developments Marwan Al-Tobgi said that the Tiffany Business Park project is located on 5,412 sqm in MU23 area at the New Administrative Capital. It is a mixed-use project includes commer-cial, administrative and medical units, and it comprises a ground floor, seven floors, two garages and a roof with landscape area exceeds 70% of the project land.
Al-Tobgi added that the Tiffany Business Park includes many services that suit all customers’ needs, stressed that the project features a unique design that combines simplicity and brilliance which makes it a destination for business owners with various businesses.
He added that the project is located in plot B2 and has two facades, one of which overlooks a main square, while the other overlooks the Sports City, which is overlooked by most of the project’s units with a wide view and glass facades interspersed with sunlight, which provides natural lighting for the units.
As for the project location, he said, “It is situated in a prime location, as it is easily accessible from en-trance to the New Capital through Suez Road and Al-Aml Axis. Additionally, it is in the middle of three of the most densely populated residential areas R2 and R3 and Al Maqsad villas, which are designed with more than 500,000 housing units for a capacity of 2 million people.
Pillarz Development’s Executive Manager and board member Hatem Khalifa noted that the first phase of the project embraces commercial units in the ground floor with areas ranging from 65 sqm to 231 sqm, and administrative units and clinics in the fifth floor with areas ranging from 51 sqm to 223 sqm.
Khalifa pointed out that Construction and Reconstruction Engineering company CRC-DORRA is re-sponsible for the project construction, Hafez Consultants plays the role of engineering consultant for the project. Moreover, Profilerz company will undertake the project design of facades and landscapes, as well as, Vim33 company will provide marketing consultancy services.
He elaborated that 70% of the project land has been allocated for public services, main square, restau-rants and landscaping. Additionally, Tiffany Business Park encompasses meeting rooms, a security services centre around the clock, continuous maintenance services, a smart ventilation system, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and a variety of other services. Over and above, the project includes a variety of unit spaces, as the offered spaces in the first phase range between 50 and 318 sqm in the ground, first, second and fifth floors, with targeted sales for the first phase amounting to LE500m in the current year.
He explained that the practical spaces in the project have been allocated to major companies, and that all units have views of front facades.
The company had sold out Bali El-Gouna project, Khalifa disclosed, added that the company has started delivering the first phase of the project, which was designed by international consultant Raef Fahmi.
