Egyptian Minister of Military Production Mohamed Salah El-Din on Monday inspected Helwan Casting Company (Factory 9), affiliated to the ministry, in the presence of a galaxy of military production officials.
During a meeting with Factory 9 board members, the minister was briefed on the executive plans for carrying out several projects in the production of metal castings with the state-of-the-art equipment that meet the needs of the civil and military sectors.
The meeting also covered future plans to increase production rates of the company.
The minister also was keen to get a briefing on the demands of the company’s workers and their proposals concerning the manufacturing process and improving performance rates in a bid to bolster the national economy.
