PORT SUDAN – Chairman of Sudan’s Sovereign Council Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan headed on Monday for the Eritrean capital of Asmara on an official visit.
Sudanese media reports said Burhan will hold talks with Eritrean president Isaias Afwerki on bilateral relations and issues of mutual concern.
Burhan is accompanied by Foreign Minister Ali Al Sadek and director of the general intelligence Ahmed Ibrahim Mofadal.
