About 14,000 tonnes of goods were handled at different harbours of the Red Sea, the Red Sea Ports Authority (RSPA) said in a statement yesterday.
The imports included 6,500 tonnes of goods, 396 trucks, and 668 cars, while the exports included 7,500 tonnes of goods, 325 trucks and 55 cars, added the statement.
Safaga Port received a vessel, while another two ships set sail, according to the statement.
Some 3,000 tonnes of goods were handled at Nuweiba Port, according to the statement.
