CAIRO– Egypt’s Military prosecutor said that Military Prosecution has ordered to refer a defendant to an urgent military criminal court, Armed Forces Spokesman said on Sunday.
This came after the military prosecution finalized investigations concerning the case no. 170 of 2023 in which a person is involved in a car crash in a residential compound in New Cairo.
The collision resulted in the death of a woman and the injury of four others.
