A total of 11.9 million refugees from Ukraine have crossed the border with Poland since the start of the Russian military operation there, Radio Poland said on Tuesday citing figures from Poland’s Border Guard agency.
Nearly 21,800 refugees crossed the joint border into Poland over the past 24 hours, while 24,800 Ukrainians returned home Monday night, it added.
