This, the company said in a statement, emanates from the company’s belief in the importance of developing human resources as one of the main factors in realizing progress and practical success.

It also hopes that the tour be a new start towards opening new horizons of excellence and creativity.

Dr Abdullah Kamel, Board Chairman of Ebny Real Estate, confirmed that investing in the human element is considered the main pillar of successful major investments, hence its influence in achieving huge booms in real estate companies.

Praising the performance of the company’s employees during the years 2022/2023, Dr Kamel said the rewards were not confined to the trip but were extended to include the science and culture fields through signing a cooperation protocol with the Maritime Academy for the company’s employees to obtain a master’s degree in Business Administration.

The tour includes visits to various Turkish cities for the employees to get acquainted with the latest models and Turkish architectural designs, he said, noting that the company always organizes internal and external trips for its advantages in boosting the employees’ ability to plan and set priorities, enhancing their courage in facing situations, and increasing the bonds of love, in a way this is reflected positively on clients.

Owning a huge business record represented in a series of important and strategic projects in various parts of the country, the Ebny Real Estate Company is considered one of the unique companies in the field of real estate development in Egypt. It has a plan and a national desire to pump more investments during the current and future phase.
