SANAA – Yemeni forces foiled an attack launched by Houthi militias against army positions in western Marib hours after the UN-sponsored truce came into force.
The forces repelled the attack and forced the Houthis to retreat after causing some casualties among the militants.
Also some violations of the two-month truce, that was reached among warring parties in Yemen on Saturday, were reported in Taiz governorate, the army said. (MENA)
