WASHINGTON – US President Donald J. Trump signed an executive order to eliminate the Federal Executive Institute (FEI), Alhurra news channel reported Tuesday.
Established over 50 years ago during the Lyndon B. Johnson administration, the FEI has provided leadership training to federal employees, but the Trump administration argues that it has contributed to the growth of an entrenched managerial class in Washington, D.C., rather than serving the American people.
