Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi sent on Wednesday 23/8/2023 a cable of greeting to President Luis Lacalle Pou of Uruguay on the occasion of the Independence Day celebration.
The president dispatched presidential secretary Ahmed Mohamed Reda to the Embassy of Uruguay in Cairo to extend greeting on the occasion.
