Several civilians were killed and others injured on Monday when Israeli aircraft bombed a house in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, said WAFA news agency.
Medical sources said that five slain people and several wounded were taken to the Gaza European Hospital after the Israeli airstrikes hit a house in the town of Khuza’a, east of Khan Yunis.
Israeli artillery also shelled the southern areas of Khan Yunis, along with heavy gunfire in the southern Gaza Strip.
A fisherman was injured by Israeli gunfire after Israeli forces opened fire on fishing boats in the Mawasi area of Rafah. The Israeli army also blew up residential homes in the northern areas of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
Israeli artillery targeted the eastern part of al-Zeitoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City, and Israeli aircraft bombed the Sha’af area, east of the city.
