MOSCOW- The Russian Defense Ministry said Monday that from the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine it destroyed 230 aircraft, 134 helicopters, 1,448 unmanned aerial vehicles, 353 anti-aircraft missile systems, 3,904 tanks and other military armored vehicles.
The ministry added in a statement, quoted by Russia Today channel Monday that it also destroyed 706 combat vehicles of the rocket lamp system, 3,084 field guns of a field field artillery and mortar, as well as 4002 units of special military automotive equipment.
On February 24, Russia launched a wide-scale military operation in Ukraine.
