WARSAW – A total of 9.594 million refugees from Ukraine have crossed the border with Poland since the start of the Russian military operation there, Radio Poland said on Friday citing figures from Poland’s Border Guard agency.
Nearly 20,500 refugees from Ukraine crossed the Polish-Ukrainian border on Thursday, while approximately 18,300 people returned back to Ukraine, it added.
Russia announced the start of a special military operation in Ukraine on February 24, 2022.
