RAMALLAH – The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strongly rejected what the Israeli media called “Netanyahu’s principles for the day after the war”, considering it an official acknowledgment of the re-occupation of the Gaza Strip and the imposition of occupation control over it, as well as a plan to prolong the genocide war against the Palestinian people, and an attempt to gain more time to implement the displacement plan, Roya News reported Friday.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry considered it an overt maneuver to obstruct and thwart the American and international efforts aimed at linking ceasefire arrangements and the release of prisoners and detainees, with conflict resolution and the realization of the Palestinian state on the ground.
It saw that Netanyahu’s principles explain his hostility and exclusion of the legitimate Palestinian authority, revealing his true position rejecting the Palestinian state and political solutions to the conflict, and his choice of wars and the vortex of violence to prolong his presence and the right-wing rule.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry, according to MENA, called on the US administration and Western countries to hastily recognize the Palestinian state and support its full membership in the United Nations, and to start international arrangements to hold a peace conference that would lead to ending the occupation and enabling the Palestinian people to exercise their right to self-determination freely and with dignity on their homeland and state, as stated in international resolutions.
