The Organisation of Islamic Co-operation Tuesday denounced the provocative acts that have taken place during an anti-Muslims demonstration in Sweden which included setting fire to copies of the holy Qur’an.
Such incident is a clear indication of the racist intellect of the perpetrators who have committed acts that violate all standards and values, OIC Secretary General Hussein Ibrahim Taha said, as quoted by the Saudi Press Agency.
He voiced belief that such provocative act does not reflect the views of the majority of Swedish or European citizens.
