CAIRO – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi sent a cable of greetings to Michael Daniel Higgins of Ireland on National Day.
Sisi also delegated secretary Mohamed Atef Abdel Hamid to the Embassy of Ireland in Cairo to extend greetings on the occasion.
