MOSCOW — The Kremlin said today that Russia remained a reliable supplier of grain despite obstacles created by the United States and the European Union, and that food shortages in Africa were nothing to do with Russia.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov had been asked in a briefing for a response to a reported accusation by the head of Ukraine’s Security Council that Moscow was causing hunger in Africa.
