RAMALLAH – Israeli occupation forces last night arrested eight Palestinians during raids in the occupied West Bank provinces of Ramallah, Bethlehem and Nablus, reported WAFA quoting local and Palestinian security sources.
In Ramallah, in the center of the West Bank, an Israeli army force stormed the village of Silwad and arrested four Palestinians, who ranged in age between 19 and 45 years old. A fifth Palestinian was arrested in an Israeli raid of the nearby village of Ras Karkar.
In Bethlehem province, south of the West Bank, Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Beit Fajjar, where they arrested two Palestinians (22 and 23 years old) after raiding and searching their homes.
In Nablus, north of the territory, a Palestinian was arrested by Israeli occupation soldiers who stormed his home in Al-ein refugee camp.
Almost on a daily basis, Israeli occupation forces carry out raids targeting populated Palestinian communities for arrests or searches. The practice, mostly carried out at nighttime, has become a routine under the Israeli military regime.
