RAMALLAH – Palestinians in Nablus said that the Israeli army sent military reinforcement to troops that had stormed the city, before fierce clashes broke out with residents there.
Eyewitnesses told MENA correspondent the confrontation started while the Israeli troops attempted to arrest a member of the “Lions’ Den” organisation.
Israeli media said a highly-explosive device had been detonated by the troops, pointing to critical injuries among the soldiers.
The person being pursued by Israel is called Hossam Eslim, MENA learned, noting that he had posted a voice message that is being circulated by activists on the different social media networking sites.
Eslim stressed in his message that he won’t turn himself in to the Israeli army and that he will follow the path of marty
