Iraqi forces launch operation against Daesh terrorists in Nineveh

BAGHDAD – Iraqi security forces launched on Saturday a security operation against elements of Daesh terrorist group in the northern city of Nineveh, said the Iraqi Security Media Cell.
The Cell added in a statement that security units in cooperation with Peshmerga troops carried out the operation with the support of the air forces of the Iraqi army and International Coalition.
