Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture, Embassy of India, Cairo (Egypt) is organising an Exhibition titled “Glimpses of India Painting Exhibition for the Art Education Teachers” on April 10 at Hanager Art Gallery in the Cairo Opera House.
A large number of Art Teachers are participating in the exhibition being organised by the Embassy of India with the active support of the Egyptian Ministry of Education and Cairo Opera House.
The Exhibition will be inaugurated at 2pm by the Ambassador of India to Egypt Ajit Gupte and Representative of the Ministry of Education.
This exhibition is being organised as part of celebrations of 75 years of establishment of India-Egypt Diplomatic Relations and also 75 years of India’s Independence.
This event is also aimed to develop stronger cultural ties and people-to-people contacts between the two friendly countries India and Egypt. This is the first time that such an exhibition for the Art Education Teachers has been organised by the Culture Centre of the Embassy of India in Cairo.
