CAIRO – The Egyptian cabinet announced its full support to Saudi Arabia’s nomination to host the men’s soccer World Cup 2034.
In a statement issued recently, the Cabinet asserted its full confidence in the Saudi brethren’s ability to organize such big sports event, especially in light of the comprehensive development march achieved by the Kingdom so far and its vast and outstanding resources that qualify Riyadh to organize the event that the whole world is waiting for.
The cabinet explained that such full backing and confidence emanated from the deeply-rooted ties binding the two countries, their leaderships, and peoples, in addition to the support and continuous cooperation between President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and the Saudi monarch King Salman bin Abdel Aziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman bin Abdel Aziz Al Saud, who is also the cabinet premier, in the various fields.
