WASHINGTON – As many as 659,610,989 people have been reported to be infected with coronavirus globally, Johns Hopkins University (JHU) said on Friday.
It added that about 6,687,265 have died from the virus worldwide.
The US continues to be the worst-hit country in terms of fatalities, followed by India and Brazil, respectively.
