SYDNEY – Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said his government was probing claims that staff of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) was involved in terror attacks, Alhurra TV Channel said Sunday.
Australia is one of several countries to have halted funding of UNRWA.
“Well, we’re examining it, along with other like-minded countries such as Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. And we want that to be resolved,” said Albanese.
