The Arab parliament condemned the Israeli bombing of the vicinity of the Jordanian Field Hospital, leaving behind a number of casualties among civilians and medical teams.
In a statement on Thursday, the parliament said continued attacks on hospitals and health centers in the Gaza Strip represent a flagrant violation of the international law and the Geneva conventions on protecting civilians during the times of war.
The parliament urged the international community and international organizations to immediately intervene to protect hospitals, medical teams, patients and evacuees in addition to securing safe corridors for humanitarian aid delivery.
The parliament expressed full solidarity with the Palestinian people and the Jordan, holding Israel responsible for its crimes against humanity.
