RIADH/CAIRO – Assistant Secretary General and Supervisor of the Media and Communication Sector at the Arab League Ahmed Rashid Khattabi asserted the importance of having a strong clear collective will to join the community of knowledge and communications, protect Arab digital interest and encounter speeches of hatred and discrimination.
This came on Thursday in Khattabi’s word during the inauguration of the 2nd meeting of Arab technical team tasked with negotiating with international media companies in Riyadh.
The agenda of the meeting – prepared by the Saudi Ministry of Media – included holding discussions and organising workshops on the latest developments in the digital domain in the Arab world and the European digital model.
