Arab League (AL) Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit has welcomed the important step taken by Norway, Ireland and Spain to recognize the state of Palestine.
In a tweet on Wednesday, Abul Gheit welcomed the recognition step.
Abul Gheit also congratulated Palestine on this positive development, urging other countries to follow their lead.
