CAIRO – Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Aboul Gheit condemned massacre carried out by Israeli occupation forces in Nablus in the Gaza Strip where more than 100 Palestinians were killed, AL secretary general spokesman Gamal Roshdy said.
Aboul Gheit deplored Israeli occupation forces over continuing to target civilians, describing this as a war crime and a crime against humanity especially after the starving of 2.3 million Palestinians living in the enclave.
The past few weeks witnessed a scheme that aims at blocking aid from reaching Gaza residents, he added.
He stressed the importance of reaching a ceasefire to save hundreds of thousands from starving and shelling, calling on all international powers to press on Israel to halt the daily massacre and abide by international law and humanitarian international law.
