GAZA CITY – Three civilians were killed in an airstrike by Israeli forces west of Gaza City, WAFA news agency reported quoting local sources.
Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli fighter jets targeted with missiles a house in the Al-Minaa district, resulting in at least three fatalities.
Simultaneously, Israeli artillery shelled the vicinity of the al-Asra Towers west of Nuseirat refugee camp, while helicopters fired heavy gunfire east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.
Meantime, WAFA correspondent reported that four civilians were injured in an Israeli airstrike on a residential apartment in the Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City.
Furthermore, Israeli artillery continued to shell the northern outskirts of Al-Bureij refugee camp and the area around Wadi Gaza Bridge in the northern part of the Central Gaza governorate.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has so far resulted in the documented killing of 38,098 Palestinians and injuries to 87,705 others. Thousands remain trapped under rubble and in the streets, inaccessible to ambulance and civil defense crews.
