WARSAW – A total of 11.96 million refugees from Ukraine have crossed the border with Poland since the start of the Russian military operation there, Radio Poland said on Friday citing figures from Poland’s Border Guard agency.
Nearly 23,800 refugees crossed the joint border into Poland over the past 24 hours, while 22,400 Ukrainians returned home Thursday night, it added.
