TikTok has released its Q4 2025 Community Guidelines Enforcement Report, reaffirming the platform’s ongoing commitment to fostering a safe, positive, and authentic digital environment for its global community. From October to December 2025, TikTok removed a total of 11,772,196 videos across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Iraq and Lebanon, offering a comprehensive view of TikTok’s continued investment in safety and trust during the quarter.
In parallel with these technological efficiencies, TikTok intensified efforts to safeguard younger audiences by removing 23,875,879 suspected under-13 accounts and 147,716,518 fake accounts globally during Q4 2025. This focus on age-appropriate experiences, combined with highly proactive moderation across the MENA region, reinforces the platform’s long-term commitment to age-appropriate experiences and safeguarding minors.

TikTok continues to strengthen enforcement across LIVE content globally. In Q4 2025, 42,822,827 LIVE sessions were suspended globally, marking an increase of approximately 32.9% from 32,242,750 LIVE sessions suspended in Q3 2025. During this period, TikTok banned 358,160 LIVE hosts and proactively interrupted 974,661 livestreams across Egypt, the UAE, Iraq and Lebanon. These sustained enforcement efforts reflect a commitment to maintaining moderation accuracy as the scale of automated decisions continues to expand.
Egypt
In Q4 2025, TikTok removed 2,380,226 videos in Egypt that violated Community Guidelines. The country recorded a proactive removal rate of 99.9%, ensuring that nearly all harmful content was identified and removed before user reports. Additionally, 98.4% of violative content was taken down within 24 hours of being reported by users. TikTok also restored 109,881 videos in Egypt following successful appeals, reflecting the platform’s commitment to fairness and accountability in its enforcement processes. In addition to short-form video removals, TikTok banned 126,095 LIVE hosts and interrupted 357,652 livestreams in the country for violating platform guidelines.
United Arab Emirates
In the United Arab Emirates, 787,133 videos were removed in Q4 2025. TikTok achieved a proactive removal rate of 99.9%, while 98.4% of videos were removed within 24 hours of being reported by users. In parallel, 41,506 videos were restored following successful appeals, underscoring TikTok’s efforts to maintain a balanced and transparent moderation process. Additionally, TikTok banned 38,343 LIVE hosts and interrupted 100,899 livestreams to uphold platform integrity.
Saudi Arabia
In Saudi Arabia, TikTok removed 2,903,914 videos during Q4 2025. The proactive removal rate stood at 99.9%, while 98.4% of violative content was removed within 24 hours of being reported by users, demonstrating strong platform responsiveness in the Kingdom. TikTok also restored 146,314 videos in Saudi Arabia during the quarter.
Iraq
In Iraq, a total of 4,691,021 videos were removed for violating Community Guidelines in Q4 2025. The country recorded a proactive removal rate of 99.9%, with 98.4% of videos removed within 24 hours of being reported by users. TikTok also restored 148,663 videos in Iraq during the quarter, reflecting the platform’s continued commitment to transparency and user recourse. On the LIVE front, TikTok banned 181,918 LIVE hosts and interrupted 472,669 livestreams for violating Community Guidelines.
Lebanon
In Lebanon, TikTok removed 1,009,902 videos during the quarter. The platform maintained a proactive removal rate of 99.9%, while 98.4% of violative videos were removed within 24 hours of being reported by users. In addition, 23,953 videos were restored following successful appeals. The platform also banned 11,804 LIVE hosts and interrupted 44,241 livestreams for violating Community Guidelines.
LIVE Content Enforcement
TikTok continues to report LIVE safety data to reflect actions taken to enforce monetization guidelines. These guidelines reward creators who stream safe, authentic, and high-quality content. In the fourth quarter of 2025, action was taken, including warnings and demonetization on 17,714,756 LIVE sessions and 9,277,720 LIVE creators globally for violating monetization guidelines, while 3,753,339 LIVE sessions were restored over the same period.
