“Sokkar” for Sewing Machines announced the signing of a co-operation protocol with several technical education schools in Egypt, aiming to provide practical training within the company for a number of students in the fields of maintenance and repair of sewing machines under the dual education system, supporting the state’s efforts to enhance the technical education system.

The signing ceremony was attended by representatives from Sokkar for Sewing Machines, “Al-Zawya Al-Hamra” and “Al-Abbasiya” dual education schools affiliated with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, and the Federation of Egyptian Industries represented by “Al-Amal fi Bokra” Association for Development, which specializes in providing social, cultural, and educational services.

The co-operation protocol includes providing practical training for a number of students from “Al-Abbasiya” Dual Education School to equip them with mechanical maintenance skills for sewing machines, as well as training students at “Al-Zawya Al-Hamra” Dual Education School to provide them with electronic maintenance skills for sewing machines. This training aligns with the theoretical curriculum studied by students at both schools. The training will be available to all students, both male and female, with female students participating for the first time.

The training will take place throughout the academic year within the company’s specialized after-sales service departments, which have nearly 40 years of experience in this field.

This agreement is the first of its kind in this field, supporting various efforts aimed at advancing the technical education system to graduate qualified technical cadres that meet labor market requirements. Sokkar for Sewing Machines is one of the main suppliers of industrial sewing machines and operates an after-sales service center.

It also serves as the first commercial institution to provide specialized training services for technical education Within this field, using the latest technologies in the maintenance and repair of sewing machines, whether mechanical or electronic.

It is worth noting that Sokkar for Sewing Machines is a leading company in providing innovative solutions for advanced sewing equipment.

It works to meet the growing needs of the ready-made garment industry in Egypt by providing equipment that enhances efficiency and precision for clothing manufacturers, enabling them to meet the demands of both local and export markets.

This is achieved through its multiple partnerships with global manufacturers of advanced sewing machines, such as China’s “Jack” and others.
