Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli Saturday inspected the technological center in Tahanoub village during his tour of projects of the presidential initiative “Decent Life” in the villages of Shibin el Qanater district, Qalyubia Governorate.
During the inspection tour, Deputy Governor of Qalyubia Eman Rayan said that the center is one of the most important development projects implemented within the framework of the “Decent Life” initiative, as part of nine service complexes established across the Shibin el Qanater district.
The Tahanoub technological center represents an integrated model aimed at consolidating government and civil services for citizens within a single, modern, and fully digitized building, Rayan said.
This approach facilitates access to essential services for residents of Tahanoub and neighboring villages, reduces the need to travel to the city center, and supports the transition from traditional paper-based government transactions to digital and automated services, in line with Egypt Vision 2030 for digital transformation, she added.
The prime minister got first hand information about services provided by the center to citizens.
Rayan explained that the center includes a local village services unit, a rationing office, a real estate registry office, a civil registry, a modern post office, and a social affairs office.
The project, implemented at a total cost of approximately EGP 9 million, has been completed at a rate of 100 percent, and has officially commenced operations.
