In accordance with the Prime Minister’s decree on summer working hours of stores and shopping malls starting from Friday, April 26, 2024, the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA) gave instructions regarding the working hours of telecom operators’ outlets, and for audience transactions to be as follow:
- Throughout the whole week except Thursday and Friday: From 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 P.M.
- Thursday: From 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 P.M.
- Friday: From 3:00 P.M. to 11:30 P.M.
Whereas telecom outlets at shopping malls shall abide by the working hours of these facilities.
