Microsoft is all set to showcase its technological innovations at the 25th edition of Cairo ICT, which was inaugurated by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El Sisi. Built around the theme of ‘Microsoft Loves Egypt”, the Microsoft booth will demonstrate ground breaking innovations in Data & AI, Hybrid work and Cybersecurity that will empower organisations and people in Egypt to thrive in increasingly digital economy.

Microsoft’s theme for this year’s Cairo ICT is ‘Microsoft Loves Egypt’, reflecting Microsoft’s commitment to Egypt to provide the latest technologies and innovations to reimagine a stronger future for the country.

In this regard, Microsoft Egypt General Manager – Mirna Arif, stated, “We are pleased to participate as Official Cloud Sponsors at the 25th edition of Cairo ICT. With our history of more than 24 years in Egypt, Microsoft is playing a vital role in accelerating digital transformation in the country, in pursuit of Egypt’s Vision 2030 and Digital Egypt, to usher the country’s transition to a digital society and build a strong knowledge base economy.

Arif further added that: “Our investments, combined with strategic collaborations and a thriving partner ecosystem are contributing to the advancement of the country’s ICT infrastructure, while also empowering public and private organisations of all sizes, creating jobs, bridging the skills gap to enable youth, accelerating innovation, as well as bringing the promise of technology to everyone to make a difference in the society.”

During Cairo ICT 2021, Microsoft booth will highlight the transformational power of cloud and AI to create breakthrough innovations and accelerate the digital transformation of Egypt, focusing on those industries that are critical to the country’s economic growth.
